Getting it to your team.
What to do on your side, what your team does, and a message you can send them. About fifteen minutes, once.
Before you start.
Your organisation already exists. We create it and hand it over, so there’s no account to set up and no billing wall between you and having a look around.
The privileges are already there too. Brands and spaces in the Naborly Network publish on their own side, and your team sees them from the first day, so you’re never looking at an empty page waiting for someone to fill it. Nothing to build, nothing to keep up to date.
Which leaves two things that are genuinely yours: getting your people in, and telling them it’s there.
Your side.
Three things, in this order. The first two take a few minutes each. The third is the one that matters.
Sign in and finish your account.
Go to admin.naborly.io and sign in with your work email. Your organisation is already there; we set it up before handing it over, so there is nothing to create.
Overview is the first thing you land on. It carries a short Get started list that ticks itself off as you go, so you can leave and come back without losing your place.
Choose how your team gets in.
Two ways, on the Team page. Use either, or both, and you only ever do this once for the people you have now.
By your company domain. Add the domain your team’s email uses. Once it’s verified, anyone with an address on it joins by themselves, including the people who start next year. This is the one to use above about twenty people.
By email. Open Invite by email, paste a list of addresses, choose a role. Good for a handful of people, and for anyone outside your domain.
Roles, briefly. Everyone you invite is a Member and gets the privileges. Admins can also invite people and change settings. Owners add billing and control who else can be an owner.
Tell your team it exists.
The step that decides whether the rest of it worked. An invitation email lands in an inbox alongside forty others; a line from someone people recognise is what actually gets opened. Send it from a person, in the channel your team already reads, with the sign-in link in it.
There’s a draft below. Send it as it is or make it sound like you, and put your name at the bottom.
Something to send.
Short, in your own channel, from a name people know. That’s the whole formula. If you’d rather write your own, keep the sign-in link and the two-minute promise, because those are the two things that get people to actually open it.
Hi all, We’ve added Naborly. It’s a short, curated list of privileges from brands and places worth knowing: restaurants, saunas, skincare, things that make a home feel like one. Not a portal with everything in it. A handful of good things, kept current. Sign in with your work email at app.naborly.io, pick a few categories you’re into, and the list is yours from there. Two minutes, once. Any questions, come find me.
Worth doing twice. Sign-ins cluster in the first two days and then trail off; a quieter second line a week or two later picks up most of the people who meant to and forgot.
What your team does.
All of it, end to end. This is the part people ask you about, so it’s written so you can pass it on as it stands.

Sign in with the work email.
A link arrives by email and opens straight into the app at app.naborly.io. No password to pick, nothing to install.
Pick what they’re into.
A screen of categories. One tap adds it, a second tap gives it more weight. It takes about a minute and it is the whole of the setup.
The list is theirs.
Mostly it’s a code to reveal, a booking to make, or something to show at the door. It sharpens as they use it.
Once it’s running.
Partners is where you see who your team is reaching, in three groups. Through the Naborly Network is everything that comes with being here, added and kept current by us. Direct partners are companies you’re connected to one to one. Brands you added is for the ones you already work with off-platform: add one and it shows up for your team with a link straight to it.
If there’s a brand in the Network you’d like a closer arrangement with, ask us for an introduction from the same page. We take it from there, and the other side never sees a request they have to turn down.
Analytics answers whether it landed: what your team is opening and redeeming, and where their interest sits. Read across the team, never person by person. Nothing about anyone crosses to a brand, and nothing here tells you what any one colleague looked at.
Team is the one to glance at in week two. It separates people who are in from people who accepted but never finished setting up. That second group has an unpersonalised list, and a single nudge fixes it.
When you get stuck.
Write to Hugin at hugin@naborly.io. He runs the partner side and answers within two working days. If something is actually broken rather than unclear, say so in the subject and it jumps the queue.
Ready when you are.
Signing in takes you to Overview, where the Get started list picks up wherever you left it.
