Top of mind.

A recurring presence in the channel their team opens by choice, matched to each person by what they care about. Not an ad to run, not a feed to fight; the right people, already paying attention.

The Naborly Network, briefly.

Naborly is a curated set of privileges that companies bring to their teams, in one place on their phones. Companies subscribe so their people see things their employer has chosen for them.

The Network is the supply side: the brands, venues, restaurants, and studios that appear in those teams’ apps. It’s small and curated. Not everything gets in. The companies trust that what’s in the Network reflects taste, not catalogue completeness.

A company can be both: in the Network as a brand, and a member whose own team gets privileges too. If that’s you, say so when you apply.

Who’ll see your privilege.

The companies in the Network are 100 to 500-person consultancies, agencies, and tech companies. Designers, strategists, engineers, founders. When you publish a privilege, it lands directly in their team’s app the same hour. The People team doesn’t have to push it. It doesn’t sit on an intranet waiting to be discovered. It appears on its own.

One publish reaches everyone at every member company who matches your audience: engaged, employed people in your category, on their phone. It starts in the hundreds and compounds, and every company that joins extends your reach without you publishing anything new. And it arrives with the employer’s implicit endorsement, the part no channel can sell you: people trust their own employer above any brand or institution, so a privilege that reaches them this way lands as a recommendation, not a message.

“My employer” is the most trusted institution among employees, at 79 percent. Measured across 32,000+ respondents in 28 countries.

Generous, without the cost to the brand.

Run whatever you run in public. What you extend here stays inside the teams whose employers chose you, so it reads as a considered gesture, not a markdown, and never trains anyone to wait for the next sale.

That matters most where your brand is strongest: the better known you are, the more a public markdown costs you in equity. Here it stays private, so it never reads as one.

Frequent public price promotions lower a brand’s equity, and the stronger the brand, the steeper the loss. Measured across 126 brands over five years.

How a privilege actually moves.

You publish a privilege once. Getting it in front of the right people is our job, not yours: we surface it to each employee whose interests fit. No audience to build, no campaign to run, no budget to set. It lands in member companies’ apps within the hour.

Redemption fits the shape of your business. Whether your team works in retail, in a venue, through a booking system, or through a membership, we adapt to it. Your operations stay the same. No separate intranets to maintain, no tickets, no PDFs to email out.

Activity shows up in your Network dashboard in real time. Who’s discovering you. What’s converting. What’s sitting. Updates land the same minute you make them.

The arrangement.

You pay for outcomes here, not for access. Most of the brands in the Network work with us on commission: a share of what your products actually move through Naborly, set per partnership by category, volume, and commitment. When a commission isn’t the right fit for a business, we build the terms around the outcome that is instead, whether that’s qualified leads or something closer to how you already measure.

Anchor partners hold a twelve-month category seat in exchange for placement and terms. The seat is reserved for them. Competing platforms don’t get the same window. Standard partners commit to nothing beyond a rolling agreement. We’ll cover which fits on the call.

Whatever the shape, you pay only when it works. No setup fees, no platform fees, no campaign minimums. When your products move, we’ve earned our part; when they don’t, you owe nothing. It ties what we earn to what you get: we do well only when you do.
