The Naborly Network, briefly.

Naborly is a curated set of privileges that companies bring to their teams, through an app the team actually opens. Companies subscribe so their people see things their employer has chosen for them.

The Network is the supply side: the brands, venues, restaurants, and studios that appear in those teams’ apps. It’s small and curated. Not everything gets in. The companies trust that what’s in the Network reflects taste, not catalogue completeness.

Who’ll see your privilege.

The companies in the Network are 100 to 500-person consultancies, agencies, and tech companies. Designers, strategists, engineers, founders. When you publish a privilege, it lands directly in their team’s app the same hour. The People team doesn’t have to push it. It doesn’t sit on an intranet waiting to be discovered. It just appears, in a channel their team opens deliberately.

One publish reaches everyone at every member company who matches the audience. A 500-person consultancy is 500 people in your category, on their phone, with their employer’s implicit endorsement. Five companies of that size is 2,500. The Network compounds. Every company that joins extends your reach without you publishing anything new.

In 2024, an average Facebook page post reached around 1.37% of the page’s own followers.

The argument for being in.

Top of mind. Recurring presence in a channel your audience opens by choice. When they think about your category, you’re already in their pocket. Not in their inbox. Not in a tab they’ll close.

A curated channel, not a media buy. You’re brought to your audience by an employer who chose you. Their attention is different here than on a feed. They’re not scrolling. They’re looking.

Generous without going public. What you extend here stays inside the teams whose employers chose you. It never lands on a public sale page, so it reads as a considered gesture, not a markdown. Nobody is trained to wait for the next one.

One place to update. Publish a privilege once on your side. Naborly distributes the change. No separate intranets to maintain, no support tickets, no PDFs to email out.

Frequent public price promotions lower a brand’s equity, and the stronger the brand, the steeper the loss. Measured across 126 brands over five years.

How a privilege actually moves.

You publish a privilege on your side of the Network. It becomes a quiet gesture the employer extends to their team in the channel they actually open. You set the structure; we handle the surfacing. The privilege lands in member companies’ apps within the hour, visible to every employee whose declared interests match.

Redemption fits the shape of your business. Whether your team works in retail, in a venue, through a booking system, or through a membership, we adapt to it. Your operations stay the same. Publish once, read the dashboard.

Activity shows up in your Network dashboard in real time. Who’s discovering you. What’s converting. What’s sitting. Updates land the same minute you make them.

The arrangement.

The Network operates on commission, not subscription. Standard terms are 5 to 10 percent on what your products move through Naborly, paid weekly. The specific rate is set per partnership based on category, volume, and commitment.

Anchor partners hold a twelve-month category seat in exchange for placement and rate. The seat is reserved for them. Competing platforms don’t get the same window. Standard partners commit to nothing beyond a rolling agreement. We’ll cover which fits on the call.

No setup fees. No platform fees. No campaign minimums. You pay when your products move; otherwise you don’t.
