Cookie policy.
Effective date: [to confirm on review].
Draft for review. Naborly ApS prepared this document for review by Danish legal counsel. It describes our intended practices and is not yet in force. Items in square brackets are pending confirmation. The binding version will be published here once reviewed.
This policy explains the cookies and similar storage Naborly uses, and how you control them. It sits alongside the privacy notice, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
1What we use, and why
- Essential
- Cookies that keep you signed in and keep your session secure. The platform cannot work without these, so they are always on. They are set by Naborly and our authentication provider, not by advertisers.
- Functional
- Small amounts of storage that remember your choices, such as your language and a draft you have started in the admin, so you do not lose work when you reload. These improve the experience but are not used to track you.
- No advertising or third-party tracking
- Naborly does not use advertising cookies and does not embed third-party trackers that follow you across other sites. Where we measure how the product is used, we do it with first-party activity tied to your account, described in the privacy notice, not with third-party ad networks.
2Consent
Essential cookies do not need consent because the service cannot run without them. Anything non-essential is off until you choose it: our preference is to default to the minimum and let you opt in, rather than the other way around.
4Changes and contact
If our use of cookies changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. For questions, contact sander@naborly.io.
